  • 4 oz red bell pepper
  • 8 oz orange
  • 10 oz carrot
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
  • 2 cups ice

Juice the vegetables and fruit: Run 4 oz red bell pepper, 8 oz orange, 10 oz carrot, and 1 tsp ginger through the juicer. Collect the juice in a large pitcher.

Add water and sugar: Add 1 cup water and sugar (maximum 2 tbsp). Whisk the drink using a spoon until all the sugar is dissolved.
