Ingredients (8)
- 8 oz avocado skin and pit removed, cut into small chunks
- 8 oz banana skin removed, cut into small chunks
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 tbsp sugar optional
- 0.5 oz chocolate
- 0.5 oz pistachio nuts crushed
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine 8 oz avocado, 8 oz banana, 1 1/2 cups whole milk, sugar (no more than 2 tbsp), and 1 tbsp lime juice. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Pour into glass containers, and sprinkle 0.5 oz crushed pistachio nuts and 0.5 oz chocolate on top.

Cover the top up with plastic wrap. Put the container in the freezer overnight, about 8-12 hours.

Scoop the ice cream out, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy.
