How to Make Avocado Dressing

Ingredients (9)
- 6 oz avocado
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp dill chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation:

Peel and deseed an avocado. Cut into large chunks.

Finely chop 1 tbsp garlic.

Chop 1 tsp dill.

Squeeze a lemon and measure ½ tbsp juice.
Instructions:

Blend the dressing: Place 6 oz avocado, 1 tbsp garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 4 tbsp water, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, and 1 tsp dill into a blender.

Blend at medium-high speed in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Serve the dressing: Pour the dressing over your favorite salads.
