  • 12 oz fusilli pasta cooked
  • 8 oz white mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 oz onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced

  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup unsalted chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp traditional Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté 2 oz diced onion and 1 tbsp minced garlic for 1 minute.

Add 1 tbsp unsalted butter and 8 oz sliced white mushrooms, sauté for 4 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and slightly browned.
