- 22 oz sweet potatoes sliced into long sticks
- 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 1/2 tbsp Heinz ketchup

Season the sweet potatoes: In a baking sheet or large bowl, combine 22 oz sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Toss together to evenly coat.

Cook the sweet potatoes: Spread the sweet potatoes into the air fryer basket and air-fry for 25 minutes at 400°F.
