Ingredients (6)
- 20 oz carrot peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 6 oz orange peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp honey optional
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 cups ice optional
INSTRUCTIONS

Juice all the ingredients: Juice 20 oz carrots and 6 oz oranges. Collect the juice in a bowl or pitcher.

In a large pitcher, combine 1/2 cup warm water and 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric. Whisk until well combine.

Mix the juice: Combine the juice with turmeric water, add honey to your taste but no more than 2 tbsp. Mix well.

Garnish and serve: Divide the juice into 4 glasses. The juice is best while it’s still warm. Or serve with ice (optional)
