  • 22 oz watermelon peeled and cut into chunks
  • 8 oz carrot peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar optional
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice

Extract the juice: Put 22 oz watermelon and 8 oz carrot through the chute of your juicer. Place a jug under the nozzle to collect the juice and another bowl for the pulp. Discard the pulp.

Add the remaining ingredients: Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice, sugar to your taste but no more than 1/2 tbsp.
