Ingredients (7)
- 2 oz kale about 1 fl oz kale juice
- 2 oz cucumber medium sliced, about 2 fl oz cucumber juice
- 0.25 oz ginger sliced
- 4 fl oz celery juice from 3 oz celery stalks
- 24 fl oz apple juice from 32 oz apples
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp sugar optional
INSTRUCTIONS

Run 2 oz kale, 2 oz cucumber, and 0.25 oz ginger through the juicer. Collect the juice in a pitcher.

Add 4 fl oz celery juice, 24 fl oz apple juice, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and sugar to your taste but no more than 1/2 tbsp.

Stir until sugar dissolves.
