- 4 oz spinach
- 8 oz green grapes
- 10 oz pineapple
- 2 oz celery
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar optional
INSTRUCTIONS

Run the 4 oz spinach, 2 oz celery, 10 oz pineapple, and 8 oz green grapes through a juicer. Collect the juice in a large pitcher.
