Ingredients (15)
- 6 oz romaine lettuce
- 4 oz cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz cucumber
- 1 oz ham
- 2 medium eggs boiled
- 0.75 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp parsley divided
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dill
INSTRUCTIONS

Make the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp of parsley, 1 tbsp whole milk, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper, and 1/2 tsp dill. Whisking constantly until the mixture is combined.

Arrange the 6 oz romaine lettuce as a base on the 4 serving plates. Assemble the 4 oz cherry tomatoes, 4 oz cucumber, 1 oz ham, and 2 boiled eggs on top.

Drizzle the salad ingredients with the dressing, sprinkle 0.75 oz shredded cheddar cheese, and the remaining parsley.
