  • 18 oz potatoes cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 0.5 oz red onion chopped

  • 0.3 oz scallion chopped
