- 18 oz potatoes cut into 2-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 0.5 oz red onion chopped
- 0.5 oz baked bacon chopped
- 0.3 oz scallion chopped
- 1 oz cheddar cheese shredded
