There are only four elements to our Caprese salad recipe: tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and dressing. All you have to do is put them all together.

- 16 oz cherry tomatoes halved
- 3 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 oz fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsps salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tbsp olive oil.

Arrange the salad and serve: Layer 16 oz cherry tomatoes, 3 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, and 0.5 oz fresh basil leaves.

Drizzle the dressing over and serve.
