Mango Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (7)

  • 16 oz mangoes halved, pitted, and cut into chunks
  • 6 oz strawberries stems removed
  • 4 oz blueberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine 2 cups ice, 16 oz mangoes, 6 oz strawberries, 4 oz blueberries, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup orange juice, 4 mint leaves.

Blend in 20 - 30 seconds until completely smooth.

Divide the smoothie into four glasses.

Top with the remaining mint leaves on each glass, and serve.
