- 16 oz strawberry
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp sugar optional
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 8 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Layer the ingredients in the blender, with liquids on top of solids, following this order from first to last: 3 cups ice cubes, 16 oz strawberry, sugar (to your taste but no more than 3 tbsp), 1/2 tbsp lemon zest, 8 mint leaves and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.

Blend until smooth.
