Ingredients (8)
- 8 oz pumpkin purée
- 8 oz bananas chopped
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 oz pecans crushed
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in the blender 2 cups ice, 8 oz pumpkin purée, 8 oz bananas, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup yogurt, syrup (maximum 1 tbsp), 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and 1 oz pecans, starting with the ice.

Cover and blend in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.
