Ingredients (10)
- 8 oz pumpkin purée
- 10 oz bananas chopped
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 oz sliced almonds
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in the blender, starting with the ice: 2 cups ice, 8 oz pumpkin purée, 10 oz bananas, 1 cup milk, 1/2 tbsp syrup, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

Cover and blend in 20 - 30 seconds until smooth.
