Ingredients (8)
- 8 oz green apples cubed
- 4 oz pineapple sliced
- 2 oz spinach leaves
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey optional
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 8 mint leaves

Preparation:

Peel the apples and cut into cubes.

Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut into slices.

Cut the spinach leaves, stems removed.
Instructions:

Put 2 cups ice, 8 oz green apples, 4 oz pineapple, 1 cup orange juice, 2 oz spinach leaves, and honey to your taste but no more than 2 tbsp into a blender.

Blend in 20 - 30 second until smooth and creamy.

Pour the drink into serving glasses. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and garnish with mint leaves.

Serve the drink immediately.
