  • 28 oz boneless salmon filets
  • 20 oz potato cubed
  • 10 oz asparagus
  • 6 oz broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt divided
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika divided
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Add 20 oz potatoes to a bowl covered with plastic wrap and microwave for 7 minutes. Remove the bowl from the microwave and set aside.

Rub 28 oz salmon with 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Set aside.

Meanwhile, coat the cooked potato with 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp unsalted butter.

Layer the potato and salmon to the air fryer basket and cook at 400 ℉ for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, microwave 6 oz broccoli florets and 10 oz asparagus for 4 minutes. Remove the veggies from the microwave.

Arrange the salmon and vegetables on serving plates. Garnish with 2 tbsp parsley and serve hot.
