  • 5.3 oz romaine lettuce
  • 2.1 oz yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 5.3 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3.5 oz radish sliced
  • 2.6 oz black olives sliced
  • 2.5 oz red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1.5 oz feta cheese crumbled


  • Chop your ingredients into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut feta into small cubes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the veg, olives and tomatoes with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
  • Plate the salads and put feta cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
