  • 4 oz cucumber
  • 4 oz celery
  • 4 oz spinach
  • 4 oz kale
  • 6 fl oz pineapple juice (8 oz pineapple)
  • 12 fl oz apple juice (16 oz apple)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp honey


  • Place ingredients in a juicer and collect the juice.
  • Pour the juice in a pitcher and serve. Refrigerate before serving if desired.
