  • 10 oz mangos skin and pit removed, sliced
  • 1.6 oz spinach raw, rinsed and drained
  • 6 oz gala apples core removed, diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Optional: mint leaves garnish


  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve into 4 glasses and enjoy.
  • Optional: you can garnish the drink with mint leaves or extra pieces of mangoes and apples.
