Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Juice Recipe

- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 oz lemongrass fresh
- 6 mint leaves fresh
