Ingredients

  • 4 oz cucumber
  • 4 oz celery
  • 4 oz kale
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice (16 oz apple)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a juicer and collect the juice.
  • Pour the juice into a pitcher and serve. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving if desired (best if drunk within 24 hours).
