Ingredients

  • 3 oz ginger sliced, divided
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 slices lime
  • 4 slices lemon

Instructions

  • Juice 1 ounce of ginger.
  • Have 3 cups of water ready in a tall glass pitcher.
  • Add honey, ginger juice, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
  • Continue to add 2 ounces of sliced ginger, lime slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves to the pitcher.
  • Add ice cubes. Refrigerate so the fruits and vegetables have time to infuse into the water.
  • Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
