Mango juice recipe

- 12 mint leaves
- 1 cup coconut water
- 16 oz mangos
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups ice
Process mangos, mint, and water in a blender.
Strain the mango purée through a fine sieve.
Whisk the filtered mango juice with coconut water, sugar, and lemon juice.
Garnish with more mint if desired. Pour over ice cubes and serve.
