  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 16 oz mangos
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups ice


  • Process mangos, mint, and water in a blender.
  • Strain the mango purée through a fine sieve.
  • Whisk the filtered mango juice with coconut water, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Garnish with more mint if desired. Pour over ice cubes and serve.
