- 1 1/2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 4 oz cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz cucumber
- 1 oz ham
- 2 medium eggs boiled
- 6 oz romaine lettuce
- 3/4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Make the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of parsley, whole milk, Greek yogurt, ground black pepper, and dill. Whisking constantly until the mixture is combined.
Arrange the romaine lettuce as a base on the 4 serving plates. Assemble the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, ham, and boiled eggs on top.
Drizzle the salad ingredients with the dressing, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, and the remaining parsley. Toss and serve.
