  • 1 1/2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 4 oz cucumber
  • 1 oz ham
  • 2 medium eggs boiled
  • 6 oz romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 oz shredded cheddar cheese


  • Make the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of parsley, whole milk, Greek yogurt, ground black pepper, and dill. Whisking constantly until the mixture is combined.
  • Arrange the romaine lettuce as a base on the 4 serving plates. Assemble the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, ham, and boiled eggs on top.
  • Drizzle the salad ingredients with the dressing, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, and the remaining parsley. Toss and serve.
