Loaded Potato Salad Recipe
Quick and easy-to-make, this loaded potato salad recipe results in a classic and versatile side that pairs perfectly with barbecue or grilled dishes.

- 18 oz potatoes cut into 2-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 0.5 oz red onion chopped
- 0.5 oz baked bacon chopped
- 0.3 oz scallion chopped
- 1 oz cheddar cheese shredded
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on high for 8 minutes. Set aside.
