  • 24 oz pears
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups ice


  • Wash, peel, and cut pears into quarters. Remove the cores. Juice the pears.
  • Pour pear juice, lemon juice, and sugar into a large pitcher. Use a wooden spoon to stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Serve pear juice fresh over ice.
