- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger juice or grated ginger
- 3 cups water chilled or hot
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp small mint leaves for garnish
- 2 cups ice optional
Dissolve 3 tbsp sugar into 3 1/2 cups of water in a large pitcher. Add 3 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp ginger juice.
Fill serving glasses with ice (optional) and pour in the ginger lemonade. Garnish with baby spearmint leaves.
