  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp ginger juice or grated ginger
  • 3 cups water chilled or hot
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp small mint leaves for garnish
  • 2 cups ice optional


  • Dissolve 3 tbsp sugar into 3 1/2 cups of water in a large pitcher. Add 3 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp ginger juice.

  • Fill serving glasses with ice (optional) and pour in the ginger lemonade. Garnish with baby spearmint leaves.
