Ingredients

  • 28 oz potatoes Yukon Gold or russet
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Heinz ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  • Place each potato on a cutting board and cut into wedges.
  • Transfer potato wedges into a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 7 minutes on high.
  • Take the bowl out and carefully remove the cover (watch out for hot steam). Toss the potatoes with thyme, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  • Put potatoes into the frying basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Arrange on a serving platter. Put ketchup into a small bowl for dipping and serve.
