- 28 oz potatoes Yukon Gold or russet
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Heinz ketchup
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
Place each potato on a cutting board and cut into wedges.
Transfer potato wedges into a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 7 minutes on high.
Take the bowl out and carefully remove the cover (watch out for hot steam). Toss the potatoes with thyme, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Put potatoes into the frying basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Arrange on a serving platter. Put ketchup into a small bowl for dipping and serve.
