Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsps salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 oz fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsps salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tbsp olive oil.

  • Arrange the salad and serve: Layer 16 oz cherry tomatoes, 3 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, and 0.5 oz fresh basil leaves. Drizzle the dressing over and serve.
