Ingredients

  • 4 oz spinach
  • 14 oz banana
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Put 2 cups of ice into a blender. Add in 14 oz banana, 4 oz spinach, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, and 2 tbsp honey. Blend for a few minutes at high power until smooth.
