  • 18 oz pineapples cut into chunks
  • 12 oz blueberries
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 8 mint leaves


  • Add to the blender 18 oz pineapples, 12 oz blueberries, 2 cups ice, 1 cup whole milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, and 3 tbsp honey. Blend until smooth. You can save honey for last to adjust the smoothie’s sweetness.
