Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

- 12 oz pineapple cut into chunks
- 10 oz cucumber (peeled if bitter), cut into chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 cups ice preferably ice nuggets
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
Place all ingredients (except the mint) in a blender, starting with the ice. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
