Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 12 oz red apples peeled
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 oz almond crushed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add 1/2 cup rolled oats to the blender and pulse several times until they are reduced to fine crumbs. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
