Ingredients

  • 6 oz strawberries stems removed
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 14 oz bananas cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice
  • 8 mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend the smoothie: Put 6 oz strawberries, 6 oz blueberries, 14 oz bananas, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 tbsp honey, and 2 cups ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
