Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Today's berry banana smoothie recipe requires only 8 ingredients, the majority of which are probably already in your refrigerator.
Servings: 4 servings
- 6 oz strawberries stems removed
- 6 oz blueberries
- 14 oz bananas cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups ice
- 8 mint leaves for garnish
Blend the smoothie: Put 6 oz strawberries, 6 oz blueberries, 14 oz bananas, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 tbsp honey, and 2 cups ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses.
Garnish and serve: Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy.
