  • 20 oz cantaloupe peeled, deseeded, and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice
  • 8 mint leaves we used spearmint


  • Blend all the ingredients: In a blender, combine 20 oz cantaloupes, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey, 2 cups ice, and 4 mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
