Ingredients

  • 1 oz kale roughly chopped
  • 12 oz red apples peeled, core removed, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger peeled and cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice

  • Blend all the ingredients: In a blender, combine 1 oz kale, 12 oz apples, 1 tsp ginger, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp honey, and 2 cups ice. Blend until smooth.
