- 20 oz skinless boneless chicken thighs
- 8 oz broccoli cut into florets
- 4 oz green beans cut into bite-sized segments
- 1/2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds toasted
- 2 tbsp scallion chopped
- 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic about a clove, minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 3 1/2 cups cooked medium-grain rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Place 8 oz broccoli and 4 oz green beans into a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on medium for 4 minutes. When it’s finished cooking, shock with cold water to keep them crisp.

Meanwhile, make the foil baking tray. Rub 20 oz chicken thigh with 1/2 tbsp canola oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, and 1 tsp ginger, then place it all into the foil tray. Air-fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.

Deal with the veg as aforementioned (it’s probably done by now) and mix the sauce ingredients together: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sriracha, 1/2 tbsp water, 1 tsp hoisin sauce, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1/2 tsp brown sugar.

Once the chicken is done, pour the sauce on top and give it all a gentle stir. Cook for another 7 minutes at the same temperature.

Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds with 2 tbsp chopped scallions on top of the chicken. Enjoy with 3 1/2 cups cooked rice.
