- 24 oz winter melon peeled
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar optional
- 1 cup water
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 cups ice

Add the remaining ingredients: Add 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and sugar to your taste (2 tbsp maximum) then stir until everything is well-mixed.
