- 10 oz passion fruit raw, yields 4.6 fl oz juice
- 4 tbsp sugar optional
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp mint for garnish
- 2 cups ice cubes

Use a knife to cut the 10 oz passion fruit in half crosswise. Scoop the pulp out and into a bowl.

Pour the seedy passion fruit pulp into a mesh sieve set over a big bowl, use a large spoon to press as much juice through as possible.

In a pitcher, whisk passion fruit juice together with 2 cups water and sugar to your taste but no more than 4 tbsp. Stir to combine.
