INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Season 24 oz pork chops with 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp salt.
Beat the egg in a bowl. In another bowl, mix panko with 1 tbsp butter, 0.25 oz parmesan, and 2 tbsp parsley.
Coat the seasoned pork chops in 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, dip them into 1 medium egg, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, the egg once more, and finally the breadcrumbs again.
Place the pork into the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
While they’re cooking, place 16 oz potatoes into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on medium for 7 minutes. You can also boil the potatoes for 7 minutes instead.
Add 1 tbsp cream, 1 1/2 tbsp butter to the microwaved potatoes. Mash them well and stir in 4 oz green peas. Set aside.
Serve the pork chops with mashed potatoes.
