Ingredients (10)
- 5.3 oz romaine lettuce
- 2.1 oz yellow bell pepper sliced
- 5.3 oz cherry tomatoes halved
- 3.5 oz radish sliced
- 2.6 oz black olives sliced
- 2.5 oz red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1.5 oz feta cheese crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS

Chop your ingredients into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut 1.5 oz feta into small cubes.

In a large bowl, toss the veg 5.3 oz romaine lettuce, 2.1 oz yellow bell pepper, 5.3 oz cherry tomato, 3.5 oz radish, 2.6 black olive, 2.5 oz red onion with 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and 3 tbsp olive oil.

Plate the salads and put feta cheese on top.

Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
