Ingredients (13)
- 14 oz peeled, deveined shrimp equals to 28 oz raw shrimp
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 cups cooked medium-grain rice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp pepper flake
- 1/2 tsp traditional Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate 14 oz shrimp with 1 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp salt ,1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cayenne, and 1/2 tsp mustard for 5 minutes.

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp butter, and 4 tbsp garlic. Sauté the garlic until golden brown and fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add in the seasoned shrimp and cook while stirring for another 6 minutes.

Take off the heat. Garnish with 2 tbsp coriander and 1/2 tsp pepper flake.

Serve over warm rice.
