- 2 oz kale
- 4 oz apple
- 4 oz pineapple
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 cups ice
INSTRUCTIONS

Add 2 cups ice, 2 oz kale, 4 oz apple, 4 oz pineapple, 1/2 cup milk and honey (maximum 4 tbsp) to the blender.

Blend in 30 seconds - 1 minute until smooth.
