Ingredients (9)

  • 28 oz potatoes Yukon Gold or russet
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Heinz ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

Place each potato on a cutting board and cut into wedges.

Transfer 28 oz potato wedges into a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 7 minutes on high.

Take the bowl out and carefully remove the cover (watch out for hot steam). Toss the potatoes with 2 tbsp thyme, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil.

Put potatoes into the frying basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Arrange on a serving platter. Put ketchup into a small bowl for dipping and serve.
