Ingredients (6)
- 12 oz papaya peeled, seeds removed, cut into chunks
- 6 fl oz orange juice freshly juiced
- 1 tbsp sugar optional
- 2 tbsp mint fresh leaves only
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups ice
INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine 12 oz papaya, 6 fl oz orange juice, maximum 1 tbsp sugar to your taste, 2 tbsp mint leaves, and 1 cup water.

Blend until smooth.

Garnish and serve: Pour into four tall glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with ice.
