- 28 oz peeled tangerine
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups ice
- 8 baby mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS

Run 28 oz peeled tangerine through a juicer. Collect the juice.

Dilute the juice with 1 cup water. Stir in 1 tsp lemon juice (and sugar to your taste, 2 tbsp maximum).

Serve the drink chilled or with ice, and baby mints for garnish.
