- 4 oz red bell pepper
- 8 oz orange
- 10 oz carrot
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 8 mint leaves

Cut the bell pepper into big cubes.

Peel the carrot and cut into big chunks.

Peel the orange and cut into wedges.
Cook:

Juice the vegetables and fruit: Run 4 oz red bell pepper, 8 oz orange, 10 oz carrot, and 1 tsp ginger through the juicer. Collect the juice in a large pitcher.

Add water and sugar: Add 1 cup water and 2 tbsp sugar. Whisk the drink using a spoon until all the sugar is dissolved.

Serve the juice: Add 2 cups of ice to the pitcher. Pour the drink into serving glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve the drink immediately.
