Ingredients (6)

  • 1 cup beet juice from about 8 oz raw beets
  • 1 cup carrot juice from about 20 oz raw carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice from about 16 oz gala apples
  • 0.25 oz ginger about ½-inch knob
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Juice the fruits and vegetables: put 16 oz gala apples, 0.25 oz ginger, 8 oz raw beets, and 20 oz raw carrots into a juicer chute to extra the juice. Collect the juice in a large pitcher. (Optional: you can strain the juice with a fine sieve to remove any remaining bits of vegetables.)

Add lemon juice and honey: add 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey to the pitcher and stir to dissolve.

Serve: divide the juice into 4 glasses and serve immediately. (Optional: you can freeze the juice for half an hour and serve it chilled.)
